Senior Visual Designer: Social, Branding, UI/UX & Video

Effora is seeking a senior visual designer to own and evolve its brand identity across packaging, social, web and video, ensuring a premium and conversion‑focused look. You will work directly with the Founder and Growth team to create and maintain consistent visual systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the brand system, designing packaging, labels, print and digital assets
• Create social and performance creatives for Instagram, YouTube and paid campaigns
• Design and improve website and product pages in Figma, building reusable components and a design system
• Edit short‑form videos, reels and motion graphics for social and website use
• Produce Amazon listings, A+ content and marketplace assets, and mentor junior designers or freelancers

Eligibility

• Visual design expertise in beauty, wellness or D2C consumer brands
• 4‑7 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio and ability to commute to Noida
• N/A

Experience required: 4-7 yrs

Skills: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
