Role Description The Senior Video Editor role at Snapture Media is a full-time, on-site position based in Navsari. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end post-production process, including assembling raw footage, editing sequences, synchronizing audio, and refining visual narratives to meet project objectives. You will collaborate closely with directors, producers, and designers to interpret briefs, apply stylistic choices, and ensure brand consistency across all video content. Day-to-day responsibilities include color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual effects, optimizing videos for different platforms, and maintaining organized project files and workflows. You will also mentor junior editors, provide creative feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of production standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in video production and video editing for a range of formats and platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in video color grading and visual refinement to achieve consistent, high-quality imagery.
• Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and graphics creation for titles, overlays, and visual enhancements.
• Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Candidates should demonstrate strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of pacing, composition, and sound design.
• Candidates should be able to work on-site in Navsari, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates with experience in client-facing communication, team leadership, and a portfolio showcasing advanced editing and motion graphics work will be preferred.
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in film, media, or a related field is beneficial.
