Senior User Experience Designer

Design customer experiences for a brand that lives and breathes sports and entertainment.

We are hiring a Senior UX Designer for a leading US-based client. You will solve hard problems and turn them into beautiful, easy-to-use applications. You will join a growing, successful design team that works as one to build seamless customer journeys, and you will work with product managers and engineers in an agile setup to ship high-impact work.

Shift and work mode

• US shift, aligned to Pacific Time (approx. 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST)
• Full-time, work from office

What you will do

• UX design: work with designers, product managers and engineers to solve customer problems
• UI design: craft polished interfaces and help maintain a shared, evolving pattern library
• Data-led decisions: use data and research to drive design choices and measure success
• Prototyping: bring ideas to life for stakeholders and customers
• User testing and research: test with customers using third-party tools and turn findings into clear recommendations
• Quality delivery: partner with development and product so designs ship to production as intended
• Iteration: track how solutions perform and improve them
• Workshops: lead design workshops with designers, engineers and product

What you need

• 6+ years in user experience, delivering modern applications
• Expert in Figma
• Hands-on experience with user-testing platforms
• A strong, proven UX process
• Experience in agile teams
• Ability to lead projects independently and work autonomously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Comfortable giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback
• A genuine passion for sports and casino gaming

Good to have

• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI or a related field
