Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform complex workflows into simple, elegant experiences that help users achieve their goals efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to design products used by thousands of businesses and professionals, balancing usability, performance, and visual excellence across multiple product lines.

You'll Do

• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate assumptions and improve product experiences
• Design polished and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, style guides, and pattern libraries
• Ensure consistency in typography, color, spacing, accessibility, and interaction patterns across products
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Deliver organized, developer-friendly Figma files and support implementation to ensure design quality ● Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for UX improvements
• Contribute to product strategy through user-centered design thinking and experimentation
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, AI-assisted workflows, and industry best practices

Must Have

• 6-10 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products across web and mobile platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, problem-solving skills, and high-quality visual design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and platform-specific design guidelines
• Solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility standards, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional product teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance business goals with user needs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience designing SaaS, B2B, CRM, sales, customer engagement, marketing automation, or workflow products
• Exposure to user research methodologies, A/B testing, and analytics-driven design decisions
• Familiarity with AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, copilots, or automation workflows
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and design sprints
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
