Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for advising clients on travel options, creating customized itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.

The Senior Travel

Consultant handles reservations, coordinates changes or cancellations, and ensures accurate documentation and timely confirmations. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, providing expert destination guidance, resolving service issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, offers, and vendor policies. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to optimize customer experience and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in a senior or lead consultant role.
• Ability to work on-site in Mohali district and manage multiple client requests efficiently.
• Proficiency with travel booking platforms and reservation systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Formal education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial.
