We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer to function as a senior individual contributor while influencing quality strategy and best practices across teams. The role demands deep hands-on expertise in UI, API, Database, Automation, and AI/LLM testing, with the ability to design scalable test approaches for modern applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in defining test architecture and strategy, leading automation framework design, driving API and backend quality, owning AI and agentic system testing, and mentoring and coaching QA teams. The candidate should have a strong understanding of test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and test data management, as well as experience with automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium. The role requires a highly skilled individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and influence quality strategy and best practices across teams.
