Senior Analyst - Machine Learning and Programming

Mente Consultancies provides analytics and AI/ML support to organizations within India and abroad. The company offers product, domain and project implementation services to its clients entailing big data, financial crimes, risk management, customer journey analytics, large scale data management and business intelligence related projects.

Mente Consultancies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Machine Learning and Programming Analysts at their office located in New Delhi. This is an on-site role.

The incumbent is expected to do the following: -

• Understanding the business problem and effectively devise data-driven solutions to solve the problems identified
• Work on programming assignments leveraging Python, R and SAS
• Work on design, development and testing of software programs or ML algorithms
• Work in a collaborative team environment under the guidance of a project leader and deliver the tasks assigned
• Be a self-starter and take the initiative for learning new technologies, algorithms through research etc.
• Be able to communicate effectively with the clients through oral and written mediums (power point, word) and interact with junior client stakeholders
• Use data and machine learning to deliver solutions for the clients

The incumbent should possess the below: -

• Graduation in any Engineering stream / MCA
• Worked on Programming languages. Knowledge of Python, R or SAS is a must
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work towards end product
• Should have cleared the UG/PG degree
• Willingness to travel onsite (both in India and abroad)
• Relevant work experience of minimum 3 years
