Senior Technical Lead (Full Stack Developer)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Build responsive, reusable, and high-quality UI components using React.js 18/19.
• Strong focus on UI/UX, user interface design, usability, responsive design, and frontend architecture.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, Socket.io, and third-party APIs/SDKs.
• Participate actively in technical design, solution architecture, system design, and technology decisions.
• Drive technical discussions and contribute to scalable, secure, and maintainable application architecture.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, security, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, provide technical support, and help improve team capabilities.
• Lead development activities and coordinate with QA, Product, DevOps, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams.
• Take strong ownership of features and deliverables from requirement analysis through development, testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.
• Lead and support UAT activities, including issue resolution, technical clarification, and coordination with business/customer teams.
• Participate in customer-facing discussions, understand technical requirements, provide solutions, and communicate implementation details effectively.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform RCA, and drive permanent solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in CI/CD, testing, documentation, and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, debugging, testing, documentation, and code quality.

• Experience integrating native mobile SDKs and third-party libraries.
• Experience with AWS/Azure and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, or other distributed technologies.
• Experience working with Figma/design prototypes and converting designs into responsive web/mobile applications.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.

• Strong experience with third-party API, SDK, and library integration.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
