We’re looking for a high-energy SME Sales Shift Lead to drive performance, coach teams, and lead outbound sales operations across global markets (US/UK/APAC). If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and have strong team handling experience in international telesales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead team performance and manage daily sales targets
• Deliver sales coaching, call audits, and quality improvements
• Manage shift operations and workforce planning
• Ensure process adherence, CRM accuracy, and reporting
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders
• Conduct onboarding and activation calls

Must-Haves

• Experience as a Team Lead in outbound telesales (US/UK/APAC process)
• 1–3 years of international BPO outbound / inside sales experience

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
• Strong sales acumen with proven target achievement
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
• Strong English communication (neutral/global accent)
• Expertise in objection handling & consultative selling
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk preferred), Calendly, etc.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shifts (primarily UK/AU: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST)
• Supporting global English-speaking markets
