Senior Systems Engineer DevOps

Essential Skills

In depth knowledge of Azure services.

Experience in Azure DevOps, GIT, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform.

Robust understanding of security and experience in ensuring Azure resources are deployed according to

security best practices.

~ Experience in monitoring Azure services, and providing proactive resolutions to ensure availability,

performance and scalability of systems.

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in an IT technical support role.

Excellent knowledge of enterprise hardware and software processes, virtual hardware and software

technologies, Azure services and DevOps tooling.

~ Solid understanding of ITIL processes and experience in applying Incident, Problem and Change

Management to a technical support role.

Automation scripting using Powershell, Shell Script, or equivalent.

Able to build key working relationships, both within IT and across the organization.

Desired Skills

Ansible or other configuration management tools.

Linux or Windows systems administration experience
