Role Overview

The Senior SQL Support will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting applications and databases within the HCM Product Support function. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring application and database performance, and maintaining reliable application environments.

Required Skills

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proficient Programming experience and Database Design knowledge
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL server 2014/2016 and later.
• Excellent understanding of SSRS and Jasper Report development tools.
• Excellent understanding of SSIS for Integration.
• Experience in maintaining the Windows Servers 2012/2016 and later.
• Good Knowledge on SVN/VSS repositories
• Good Knowledge on Ramco RVW 2.0 and Dcube
• Good Knowledge on Modified waterfall SDLC /Scrum Methodology

Key Responsibilities

• Improve application's performances.
• Develop database schemas, tables and dictionaries.
• Ensure the data quality and integrity in databases.
• Fix any issues related to database performance and provide corrective measures.
• Create complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development.
• Ensure that collect Business requirement from Business consultant and Develop Application Reports/ enhancement accordingly.
• Develop Application Screens using RVW and Ramco Inhouse extension Tools.
• Maintain the Application servers and deployment of application artifacts in the server.
• Follow CMI/Scrum Methodology and its process
