About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Informatica MDM Developer / Architect with strong expertise in Informatica MDM, IDMC, and Informatica Data Quality. The role combines hands-on development with solution architecture to design and implement enterprise-scale Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading technical initiatives while remaining hands-on with implementation and troubleshooting.

Job Description

The role involves designing, developing, and implementing Informatica MDM solutions for customer, provider, product, and reference data. You will architect scalable MDM solutions using the Informatica IDMC platform and work across data modeling, governance, quality, matching, merging, and survivorship.

You will also develop and support data integration pipelines using CDI and CAI, define data quality frameworks using IDQ, and collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and application teams. The position includes architecture reviews, technical governance, performance tuning, root cause analysis, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM solutions for enterprise master data.
• Architect scalable MDM solutions using Informatica IDMC capabilities.
• Lead data modeling, data governance, data quality, matching, merging, and survivorship implementations.
• Configure and customize Informatica MDM Hub, Business Entity Services (BES), and related components.
• Develop and support data integration pipelines using CDI and CAI.
• Define and implement data quality frameworks using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and IDMC services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and application teams on MDM strategies and roadmaps.
• Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and production support.
• Drive architecture reviews, technical governance, and MDM best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers while remaining hands-on.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM.
• Strong experience with the Informatica IDMC platform.
• Expertise in MDM architecture, solution design, and implementation.
• Experience with Match & Merge, Hierarchy Management, Data Stewardship, and Survivorship Rules.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience integrating MDM with cloud and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), CDI, and CAI.
• Experience working with Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, or large enterprise data platforms.
• Informatica MDM or IDMC certifications.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Exposure to Data Governance and Metadata Management frameworks.
