What You'll Be Doing

Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) for the backend and React with TypeScript on the frontendDefine system architecture patterns for distributed systems , ensuring resilience, scalability, and maintainabilityDevelop and optimize RESTful APIs , microservices, and integration with messaging systems like Kafka, Solace, or Azure Event HubCollaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.Champion best practices in code quality, CI/CD, testing, and performance optimizationGuide junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvementParticipate in architecture reviews, system design discussions, and capacity planning

What You Bring to the Table

Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot , and React / TypeScript in production systemsDeep understanding of system design principles , distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native patternsExperience integrating with event-driven architectures using Kafka, Solace, or similarStrong knowledge of API security, identity management, and performance tuningExposure to relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (Couchbase, MongoDB, etc.) databasesComfort working in Agile environments, collaborating across teams, and influencing stakeholdersAbility to balance hands-on development with architectural decision-making

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of full stack development experience with emphasis on Java, Spring Boot, and React2+ years designing distributed, event-driven systemsHands-on experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Proficiency with microservices, REST APIs, message queues , and streaming technologiesExperience with Micro Frontends , Headless Commerce platforms, or API gatewaysProven experience building scalable, distributed applications in an enterprise environment.Solid knowledge of databases, APIs, and modern development best practices . .
