Senior Software Developer4JD for ServiceNow Senior Developer role with skill sets of ITSM, Integration, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, GRC, SPM Job Title Senior ServiceNow Developer Role Summary We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with robust hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, integrations, SecOps, GRC, and SPM, along with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with platform architecture, scripting, custom application development, and end-to-end delivery. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, GRC, and SPM. Build and customize modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB. Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, scripted APIs, and import sets. Create and maintain CMDB data models, CI relationships, reconciliation rules, data certification, and governance controls. Configure and support ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and operational intelligence. Implement SecOps and GRC solutions, including vulnerability response, security workflows, risk processes, controls, and compliance workflows. Work on SPM capabilities such as demand, project, portfolio, resource, and strategic planning workflows. Write clean and productive scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and other platform tools. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver defect fixes and enhancements.
