Key Responsibilities

✨ Manage and grow all company social media handles

✨ Plan, create, and publish engaging reels, posts, stories, and campaigns

✨ Manage and coordinate company podcasts, including planning, scheduling, recording, and promotions

✨ Generate quality leads through social media marketing and paid campaigns

✨ Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and content creators for premium content production

✨ Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages while building strong online engagement and brand reputation

✨ Monitor social media insights, track campaign performance, and prepare weekly/monthly reports

✨ Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and content strategies

✨ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support brand awareness and business growth

Requirements

✔ 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management

✔ Experience in Luxury Furniture, Interior Design, Home Décor, or Premium Lifestyle Brands preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

✔ Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools

✔ Excellent communication, content writing, and storytelling skills

✔ Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management abilities
