Senior SharePoint Developer | Multiple | 5+ Years

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and managing SharePoint-based solutions, leveraging tools like Nintex, Power Platform, and other related technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless system integration, and delivering innovative solutions to support business objectives 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online and/or on-premises).
• Proficiency in Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms development and administration.
• Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, React, and other modern web technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).
• Experience integrating SharePoint with third-party applications using REST APIs and other technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell for SharePoint administration and customization.
• Solid understanding of migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications, workflows, and solutions using SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.
• Customize SharePoint sites, web parts, lists, libraries, and content types to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
• Develop custom solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, React, PowerShell, and C#.
• Build workflows and forms using Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Power Automate.
• Implement and manage integrations between SharePoint and external systems using tools like Nintex, Azure Logic Apps, and REST APIs.
• Create robust solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Migrate legacy systems to SharePoint using migration tools like ShareGate or other industry-standard solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize business impact.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies for SharePoint implementations.
• Provide user training, technical support, and detailed documentation for solutions.
