Senior React Engineer_6+ years

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Engineer with strong experience in React.js, React plugins, reusable components, and modern front-end development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance UI solutions and translating business requirements into robust technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain React plugins, reusable components, and front-end applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver new features.
• Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance applications across browsers and web-capable devices.
• Ensure the technical feasibility and effective implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement state management using Redux, Flux, or similar React workflows.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Identify and resolve performance, usability, and compatibility issues.
• Follow modern front-end development standards, coding practices, and development methodologies.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Stay current with emerging React, JavaScript, and front-end technologies.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on front-end development experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js and its core concepts.
• Proven experience developing React plugins and reusable UI components.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with Redux, Flux, or similar state-management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end/API integration.
• Experience with modern front-end build tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Knowledge of modern authentication/authorization mechanisms, including JWT (JSON Web Token).
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• TypeScript
• GraphQL

• Jest, Mocha, or other JavaScript testing frameworks

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
