The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM). As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients and aligns with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Utilize JavaScript, Glide API, and REST API to customize and enhance ServiceNow functionalities.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the ServiceNow platform effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance system performance.
