Proponent Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced SEO professional who can own organic growth across traditional search and emerging AI-driven search.

🔎 What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies
• Keyword, competitor & search-intent research
• On-page SEO, content optimisation & internal linking
• Technical SEO: crawling, indexing, canonicals, redirects, schema & Core Web Vitals
• AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) for answer-based search experiences
• GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) to improve visibility across AI-generated search results
• Optimise content for AI Overviews, AI search and LLM-driven discovery
• Build topical authority, entity relevance and structured content strategies
• Google Search Console & GA4 analysis and reporting
• Off-page SEO, digital PR & quality link-building
• Local SEO and SEO audits
• Monitor Google algorithm updates, SERP changes and emerging AI search trends
• Work with content & development teams to implement SEO improvements
• Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads when required

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (5+ preferred)
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, off-page & local SEO
• Practical knowledge of AEO, GEO, AI Search Optimisation and LLM visibility
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar tools
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS and web development
• Knowledge of structured data, Core Web Vitals, entity SEO and topical authority
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple SEO projects
• Strong understanding of how search behaviour and organic discovery are evolving with AI

We want someone who can Analyse → Strategise → Execute → Measure → Improve — not simply follow an SEO checklist.

Salary: ₹40,000/month onwards, based on experience & skills
