Role : Senior SAP Consultant - Data & AI Delivery

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior SAP Consultant to own delivery of Qlik Gold Client and other SAP data-related deployments across India, and to support pre-sales for SAP data opportunities. You will be a hands-on technical lead and trusted advisor to client IT and business stakeholders, combining deep knowledge of SAP standard modules, ECC, and S/4HANA with a strong understanding of ETL, ELT, and replication tools and methodologies in the SAP space. You will work closely with our leadership, alliance, and sales teams to scope, win, and deliver complex SAP data engagements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 8 to 12 years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead consulting role on data-focused programmes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP standard modules (such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP), their underlying data models, and key business processes.
• Hands-on experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA, including migration approaches and landscape considerations.
• Working knowledge of Business Data Conversion (BDC) and SAP data loading and migration techniques.
• Solid understanding of ETL, ELT, and replication tools and methodologies in the SAP ecosystem (for example Qlik Replicate, SAP SLT, SAP Data Services, Datasphere, and ODP/CDC patterns).
• Proven experience leading client-facing delivery, workshops, and solution discussions for enterprise customers.
• Ability to convert business problems into practical solution designs, phased roadmaps, and clear value propositions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders, including CIO, CTO, CDO, and data leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Qlik Gold Client or comparable SAP test data management tools.
• Experience with Qlik (Replicate, Talend, Sense), Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS data services.
• Prior pre-sales, solution architecture, or partner/consulting firm experience, including RFP/RFQ responses.
• Exposure to RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP BusinessObjects migration.
• SAP or partner certifications (SAP, Qlik, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS).
