Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, admissions, counselling, or a similar sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert leads
• Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, on-site environment
• Experience in study abroad / international education / admissions sales will be an added advantage
• Candidates should be confident, self-motivated, and customer-focused
