Detailed Job Description

As a Senior RF Optimization / 5G Lead at Aarav Tech Solutions, you will take full technical and operational ownership of 5G standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) network optimization, VoLTE/VoNR tuning, and advanced ORAN architecture integration across major regional projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading high-performing teams of RF engineers, conducting complex multi-vendor KPI audits, establishing rigorous optimization methodologies, and interfacing directly with key customer stakeholders and telecom executives. You will drive beamforming optimization, Massive MIMO parameter tuning, spectral efficiency enhancements, and end-to-end network benchmarking. Furthermore, you will mentor junior and mid-level engineers, resolve critical network escalation tickets, and ensure flawless execution across all client projects for operators such as Jio, Airtel, and VI.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead advanced 5G Standalone (SA) and Non-Standalone (NSA) network optimization, coverage planning, and capacity tuning.
• Design and execute VoLTE and VoNR optimization strategies to guarantee superior voice quality and seamless fallback mechanisms.
• Drive Open RAN (ORAN) architecture optimization, disaggregated radio unit integration, and multi-vendor interoperability.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a technical team of RF optimization engineers across multiple regional project sites.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for client leadership, telecom operators, and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee complex KPI benchmarking, anomaly root-cause analysis, and enterprise-grade performance reporting.
• Formulate and implement innovative parameter tuning strategies for Massive MIMO, beamforming, and advanced carrier aggregation.
• Resolve high-priority technical escalations, network bottlenecks, and performance disputes with proactive problem-solving.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech ECE), Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience specializing in wireless RF optimization, 5G network deployment, and technical leadership.
• Comprehensive expertise in 5G SA/NSA optimization, Massive MIMO, beamforming, and carrier aggregation.
• Proven practical experience optimizing VoLTE and VoNR voice services and call continuity.
• Hands‑on familiarity with Open RAN (ORAN) principles, disaggregated architectures, and multi‑vendor radio systems.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams, client relationships, and project deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management, and executive presentation capabilities.
• Mandatory readiness for relocation, client coordination, and immediate or 15‑day notice period availability.

• Advanced certifications in 5G network architecture, project management (PMP), or agile methodologies.
