Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant and lounge operations including service, staff, and guest experience.
• Supervise and lead front-of-house and bar teams to maintain service standards.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle guest feedback professionally.
• Monitor sales performance, daily reports, and operational costs .
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards as per company policies.
• Train, schedule, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and alcohol service regulations .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / Unit Head .
• Experience working in lounge, bar, or nightlife hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume operations and guest relations.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and operational reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospitality or hotel management background preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant/lounge management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
