Senior Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist - Oil & Gas (India)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment &

• Talent Acquisition
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and engineering roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
• Build and maintain a solid pipeline of passive and active candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategy recommendations.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Market Mapping &

• Headhunting
• Conduct competitor mapping and identify talent from leading Oil &
• Gas and EPC companies.
• Perform executive search for niche and senior-level engineering roles.
• Maintain an updated talent database for future hiring needs.

Reporting &

• Compliance
• Track recruitment KPIs including TAT, submission ratio, interview ratio, offer ratio, and joining ratio.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 5–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least

3 years specializing in Oil &

• Gas or EPC recruitment

.

• Experience hiring for both permanent and project-based roles.
• RPO, staffing, or recruitment consultancy experience is highly preferred.
• Experience recruiting across GCC or Middle East markets is an advantage.
