As a Senior Recruiter at Placement Solutions, you’ll guide hiring from initial role intake through offer, partnering with hiring stakeholders to keep searches focused, communication clear, and candidates informed at every stage.

• Connect with hiring stakeholders to clarify role requirements, priorities, timelines, and the qualities that would make a candidate successful.
• Build targeted sourcing plans and identify prospective candidates through appropriate channels, tailoring outreach to each search.
• Conduct thoughtful screening conversations, using your spoken English proficiency to assess relevant skills, motivation, and alignment with the role.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates and stakeholders, and gather timely feedback to keep selection decisions moving.
• Advise hiring stakeholders on candidate availability, search progress, and practical next steps when requirements or timelines change.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide clear updates on pipeline activity, interview outcomes, and outstanding actions.
• Support offer discussions and candidate communication through to a decision, handling questions and follow-ups with care and professionalism.
