Job Description & Responsibilities

  • B.Tech- Mechanical/Diploma-CIPET with min. 3 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry with exposure to in process & customer quality.
  • Strong experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Processes.
  • Good knowledge of 7 QC Tools (Pareto, Fishbone, Histogram, Control Chart, Check Sheet, Scatter Diagram, Stratification).
  • Hands-on experience in 6 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan).
  • Knowledge of GD&T, Engineering Drawings and Quality Standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards, Data Analysis) and PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
