Job Description

We are seeking a QA Engineer to support the JGPS payments platform. The role focuses on validating complex payment flows, financial messaging and system integrations while contributing to automation initiatives and regression testing activities. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers and QA teams to ensure payment-processing solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.

Responsibility

• Design and execute functional, integration and regression test cases.,Validate end-to-end payment-processing workflows. Verify payment messages across multiple schemes and channels.,Create detailed test scenarios, test data and test evidence.,Analyse requirements and assess test coverage.,Raise, track and retest defects.,Support release testing and production-readiness activities.,Maintain test assets within Jira and Xray.

Qualification

• 10+ years of software testing experience.
• Strong experience in functional and integration testing. Experience with Jira and Xray or comparable test-management tools.
• Understanding of Agile delivery practices.
• Practical experience with Playwright, Selenium or a comparable UI POM framework.
• Working knowledge of Java fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and defect-investigation skills.
