Job Description: Senior QA Engineer (Automation & Manual) Location: Pune Experience: 3–5 Years Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a proactive Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in Automation and Manual Testing. You will take ownership of quality processes, collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, and leverage up-to-date AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to deliver high-quality software in an Agile workplace. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright (Preferred), Selenium. Perform manual testing – functional, regression, integration, cross-browser, and UI/UX validation. Lead creation of test strategies, test plans, and test cases; identify coverage gaps and drive improvements. Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test creation, debugging, and documentation. Engage with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and communicate quality status effectively. Identify, document, and track defects in Github; perform root cause analysis and verify fixes. Conduct API testing using Postman, Swagger, or Playwright API testing capabilities. Integrate and maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Mentor junior QA engineers on automation best practices and testing methodologies. Contribute to QA process improvements, standards, and documentation across the team.
