Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation and API testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Selenium (Java), Playwright, and API Automation and be comfortable working in Agile development environments.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in QA Automation and Manual Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium using Java
• Experience with Playwright Automation
• Expertise in API Testing using Postman and REST Assured
• Good Java programming and debugging skills
• Experience in functional, regression, and UI testing
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts
• Design and execute API automation and functional test scenarios
• Perform regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing
• Identify, track, and validate defects throughout the testing lifecycle
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality releases
• Contribute to test coverage, automation improvements, and QA best practices

Good to Have

• Experience with Cucumber (BDD) or Cypress
• Knowledge of cross-browser testing
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools and modern QA practices

Candidate Profile

• Strong automation mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
