Role Description The Senior Production Engineer will oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes run safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring equipment performance, and implementing process improvements to optimize output and reduce waste. The role involves analyzing production data, identifying root causes of issues, and driving corrective actions while maintaining documentation and compliance with internal procedures. The Senior Production Engineer will also guide and mentor production staff, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to achieve operational targets. This is a full-time, on-site role in manufacturing plant at Dahej in Bharuch.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering skills, with experience in manufacturing operations and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, perform root cause analysis, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Production Planning capabilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to maintain standards, implement checks, and support continuous quality improvement.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, documenting procedures, and guiding production staff.
• Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Production, Industrial) from an accredited institution.
• Experience in Aluminium brazing in CAB furnace, welded tube manufacturing line, fabrication and welding processes for SRC, MRC, ACHE etc
• Experience in supervising production teams and working in a structured industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, lean manufacturing principles, and basic maintenance coordination is beneficial.
