Senior Product Manager -Wealth Tech Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for our Tech Solutions function within the Wealth Management vertical. The individual will be responsible for driving digital transformation, managing strategic technology initiatives, and enhancing client and internal user experiences through innovative solutions and platforms.

The role requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise, with hands-on leadership across solution delivery, project execution, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide technology initiatives including client reporting portals, mobile apps, data platforms, and CRM enhancements
• Create strategic use cases for AI implementation in processes and lead the projects
• Oversee implementation of automation tools across operations, sales, and compliance teams to drive efficiency and cost optimization.
• Engage with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage partner performance for optimal service delivery and cost savings. - Collaborate with Infrastructure, Product, and Operations teams to design scalable solutions aligned with the firm’s strategic goals.
• Design and maintain dashboards for senior management to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with technology governance standards and best practices across digital initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

6+ years of experience in technology leadership roles within Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Capital Markets domains.

• Proven track record in delivering digital platforms such as CRM, client portals, and mobile apps in financial services.
• Deep understanding of financial instruments including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Equities, and Structured Products.
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and vendor management.
• Experience in Agile project delivery and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias towards execution and automation.
• Educational background in Finance/IT/Engineering. MBA or relevant Master’s
