Senior Product Manager | User Engagement & Growth

At CoverSure, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who understands users deeply and knows how to build products that people love to use, return to, and engage with regularly.

What you’ll do

• Understand user behaviour, motivations, pain points, and drop-off points through data, research, and user conversations.
• Drive user engagement, activation, retention, and repeat usage across our app.
• Identify opportunities to improve user journeys and make the product more intuitive, useful, and habit-forming.
• Run experiments, A/B tests, and data-driven initiatives to improve key product metrics.
• Work closely with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to build and scale impactful product experiences.
• Own product metrics end-to-end, from identifying problems to shipping solutions and measuring outcomes.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in consumer tech, fintech, or high-engagement digital products.
• Strong understanding of user psychology, behavioural patterns, and engagement loops.
• Experience improving activation, retention, repeat usage, and conversion through product interventions.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn user insights into actionable product decisions.
• Someone who thinks beyond shipping features and focuses on solving real user problems and driving measurable outcomes.
