Job Title: Product Manager Cross Sell

Role Overview

Looking for a Product Manager – Cross Sell to drive product journeys and digital initiatives for cross-selling banking products. The role will involve working closely with business, technology and other stakeholders to design and implement customer journeys and product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage cross-sell product journeys from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into product/technology requirements.
• Create detailed BRDs, user stories and functional requirements.
• Work closely with Technology, Engineering, Business and Operations teams for product development.
• Define and manage UATs, test scenarios and coordinate UAT execution.
• Identify gaps in existing customer journeys and drive improvements for better conversion and customer experience.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for timely delivery of product enhancements.
• Track product performance, customer funnel and journey-level metrics.
• Support automation and digitisation of cross-sell journeys across banking products.
• Ensure smooth implementation of new features, enhancements and system changes.
