Senior Product Manager / Product Manager

We are delivering a citizen development platform that lets business teams create and manage low-code/no-code apps under strong governance in utilities and renewables. In this

Senior Product Manager / Product Manager role, you will own requirements analysis, roadmap planning, and training and enablement while coordinating UAT and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering, evaluate inputs, and document outcomes with business and engineering stakeholders
• Create and run comprehensive training sessions that enable stakeholders to use the platform effectively and follow best practices
• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure consistent understanding of objectives and platform capabilities
• Ensure product capabilities stay aligned with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements through design and delivery
• Execute and oversee user acceptance testing to validate requirement coverage and quality expectations
• Coordinate with support and operations to maintain the platform and keep performance steady over time
• Set and manage stakeholder expectations end-to-end, providing transparency and addressing risks and issues promptly
• Refine training materials and enablement tactics continuously using user feedback and platform updates
• Collaborate with 3-5 teammates and work with third-party vendors when needed to deliver project results

Requirements

• Relevant IT experience of 10-18 years
• Strong skills in connecting business needs with technical options to keep platform capabilities aligned to user requirements
• Proven stakeholder management experience across varied business and technical groups
• Practical expertise in creating and running training programs for audiences with different skill levels
• Ability to translate complex business demands into unambiguous technical specifications for development teams
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration and maintaining clear communication across departments
• Familiarity with Product Management, Product Life Cycle, Product Roadmap, Product Vision, Requirement Analysis, Training and Enablement
