Senior Manager - Human Capital (GAI)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager with excellent GenAI and people leadership credentials to join our Human Capital (HC) team in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. This role leads a growing GenAI team responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI solutions that fundamentally improve the way HC operates. The Senior Manager will operate at the intersection of HC strategy, product thinking, and modern AI capabilities—owning the GenAI roadmap for HC, translating complex business needs into impactful AI programs, and ensuring delivery of solutions that are measurable, secure, and responsibly deployed. This role partners closely with HC leadership, product management, other development teams, and HC stakeholders.
