Senior Manager HR (Factory HR)

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Experience in food industry factory/warehouse operations with exposure to government liaison, unions, and political stakeholders is mandatory.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, issues and aspirations
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Ensure that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees
• Lead, manage and improve HR operations including payroll, benefits, hiring
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Manage multi-location work force in multiple state
• To work our annual manpower budget in terms of numbers and payroll cost
• To ensure cordial relation establishment with various stake holders
• Grievance management and conflict management
• Discipline management

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a HR Manager or similar role
• Good experience with latest HR laws & guidelines
• Hands on experience with payroll process
• Solid understanding on labour legislation
• Complete knowledge on compliance
• Should be good in employee relationship management
• Excellent communication abilities
• Leadership skills
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations

Required Candidate profile

MBA from reputed institute with Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR of which at least 6 years plus in the managerial capacity

Hospitality or QSR work experience.
