Senior Manager, Engineering - Mobile Development (iOS)

Lead a distributed team to design, develop, and deliver UEM applications for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full application development lifecycle from concept to delivery and support.
• Manage simultaneous development of multiple features across client and server platforms.
• Plan, implement, and release products using Agile scrum processes.
• Coach engineers to ensure technical success and professional growth.
• Drive interaction with cross-functional groups including product management, customer support, and sales.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience leading software engineering teams focused on mobile applications.
• Direct experience leading engineering teams building sophisticated applications on iOS and/or Android.
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android internals.
• Proficiency in architecture and design of complex, cross-functional software projects.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with Unit Testing and Continuous Integration.
• Proven track record of implementing engineering best practices and addressing efficiency bottlenecks.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience developing mobile applications and frameworks.
