We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Enablement team at Marsh. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office Associate Director – Digital Media & Graphic Design Learning Designer & Digital Content Specialist We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Learning Designer & Digital Content Specialist to build engaging, scalable learning experiences for the MPower CRM Program. You will be the architect of our digital learning strategy—translating complex technical concepts into intuitive, engaging content that inspires adoption and builds user confidence. Your work will reach thousands of users across our global organization Create engaging digital learning experiences and multimedia content that support the MPower learning strategy and reinforce commercial adoption through contemporary, scalable learning solutions. You will design role-based learning paths, produce high-quality video and interactive content, and maintain a agile library of learning assets that evolve with the program. We will count on you for: Instructional Design Design engaging, role-based learning experiences for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced delivery Develop comprehensive learning paths that guide users from awareness through mastery Create microlearning modules, job aids, and performance support resources for just-in-time learning Translate complex technical and process concepts into user-friendly, engaging learning Apply instructional design principles to optimize for retention and behavior change Digital Content Creation Produce qualified instructional videos using tools such as Synthesia and Camtasia Edit, refine, and optimize video content for multiple channels and audiences Design graphics, animations, infographics, and interactive content using design tools Create product demonstrations and \"What's Recent\" videos for releases Produce executive u
