Hiring an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Monitoring Tools. This is an excellent opportunity to build and support enterprise-grade, high-availability applications in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java 17, Spring Boot, and Microservices-based applications.
• Build and support secure REST APIs, while working with Kafka for event-driven and real-time data processing.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications using Splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana, or similar monitoring tools.
• Participate in CI/CD, production support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software while supporting BAU, DR activities, and production releases.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Java Backend Development.
• Hands-on expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Apache Kafka.
• Experience with Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, production support, and performance tuning experience.
• Exposure to Oracle DB, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCP), and Banking/Payments domain will be an added advantage.
