Role involves: Building and managing client relationships (mainly tech companies and staffing vendors) Handling end-to-end placement operations Leading a small internal team (3–5 recruiters) Using tools like LinkedIn, Excel/CRM to manage data and reporting We are looking for Team Lead or Manager for placements!. Proven track record of successful placements, with a deep understanding of multiple industries and positions. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
