Senior HR Recruiter

Job Title: Senior HR Manager – Team Management & OperationsJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional who can lead and manage the HR team, drive HR operations, and build effective people strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience managing HR teams, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring.
• Monitor team performance, set targets, and conduct regular reviews.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
• Build employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture.
• Manage onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Maintain HR documentation, compliance, and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership teams on workforce planning and business requirements.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
• Improve HR workflows and introduce automation wherever possible.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing and developing HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in building HR processes from the ground up is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Background

• Experience working in a growing organization/startup environment.
• Experience managing recruitment teams or talent acquisition functions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
