Senior HR Manager -Manufacturing -Talent Acquisition - HR Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, technical, engineering, and management positions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower plans aligned with business growth.
• Build strong hiring pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, ITI/Polytechnic campus hiring, and social media recruitment.
• Develop recruitment strategies to reduce hiring turnaround time and improve joining ratios.
• Handle onboarding, induction, employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements.
• Develop HR policies, SOPs, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain HRMIS, recruitment dashboards, manpower reports, and HR analytics.
• Partner with department heads to forecast workforce requirements and improve productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.

Candidate Profile

• MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources.
• 815 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proven expertise in high-volume shop-floor recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in recruiting CNC Operators, VMC Operators, Welders, Fabricators, Mechanical Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, and Production staff will be an added advantage.
