Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, employee records, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups.
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
• Support payroll processing and HR administration.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with candidates and employees.

Education:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
