Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Qualification: MBA HR / MSW

Salary: ₹4–5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR records.
• Ensure PF, ESI and labour law compliance.
• Handle employee grievances and engagement.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and coordinate HR administration.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance and payroll.
• Good communication and MS Excel skills.
