Role: Senior Full Stack .NET Developer 1 Year Contract, Full-Time Conversion PossibleLocation: MumbaiWork Model- First 3 months: 5 days WFO- After 3 months: 3 days WFO + 2 days WFH- 2 weekly offsExperience: 7–10 Years Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join a global banking technology team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The role involves building scalable full-stack solutions using modern .NET technologies while collaborating with global teams in a cloud-enabled Agile environment.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET technologies.- Build scalable backend services using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.- Develop modern front-end applications using React (Mandatory), Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and data models.- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for enterprise applications.- Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to deliver scalable solutions.- Participate in technical design, code reviews, and implementation planning.- Follow Agile methodologies and CI/CD best practices.- Ensure application quality through testing, troubleshooting, and production support.- Contribute to solution architecture and scalable application design.- Prepare technical documentation and mentor junior developers.Must-Have Requirements - 7+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies.- Strong expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.- Experience with React and/or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.- Strong SQL Server, T-SQL, database design, and stored procedure development skills.- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles.- Experience designing enterprise-scale applications.- Experience with REST API development.- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.- Experience with Kubernetes and application deployment.- Solid knowledge of Agile/SDLC methodologies.- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good to Have - Docker and Kubernetes experience.- Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.- Linux environment experience.- Mobile application development exposure.- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.Candidate Profile - Strong software engineering mindset with passion for scalable application development.- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Comfortable working with multicultural global teams.- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.- Experience mentoring junior developers is preferred.Additional Notes - Industry: Banking / Financial Services- Experience in enterprise-scale banking applications will be highly preferred.- Contract Type: 1 Year C2H with Full-Time Conversion Opportunity
