They are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Development Engineer (L3) who can lead module-level engineering initiatives, design scalable enterprise applications, mentor development teams, and drive AI-assisted software engineering practices across enterprise platforms.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Development Engineer (Java, GCP & AI) to join our engineering team and lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Event-Driven Architecture, and modern AI-powered engineering practices. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, ownership of application modules, architectural decision-making, mentoring junior engineers, and close collaboration with client stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions.
Candidates with experience in cloud-native application development, distributed systems, AI-assisted software development, enterprise integrations, and modern DevOps practices will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise application modules.
- Define module architecture and establish engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Lead architecture discussions, technical design sessions, code reviews, and pull request reviews.
- Own module-level technical delivery and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior developers (L1/L2), promoting engineering excellence.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted Software Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) practices.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build enterprise integrations using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework across business applications.
- Measure engineering productivity using AI-powered development tools.
- Participate in client demonstrations, technical design reviews, and solution workshops.
Required Experience & Skills:1. Backend Development
Java Development
- Strong expertise in Java 17+.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development.
- Experience building scalable enterprise applications.
Application Architecture
- Experience designing modular and scalable software architecture.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on GCP.
