Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and architect scalable applications while leading technical implementation and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using React.js, Node.js, Python, and FastAPI.
• Build scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Design and optimize SQL databases and data models.
• Define application architecture and technical standards.
• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot performance, security, and production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Support deployments, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Python, and FastAPI.
• Expertise in SQL, REST APIs, and system architecture.
• Knowledge of Git, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure.
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with scalable application architecture and production deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
