About the Role

SaaS Universe is a white-label, multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets agencies launch and resell their own AI-powered SaaS business. The platform covers modules for Agencies, Sub-Accounts, Finance (billing, invoices, subscriptions), Ops Hub, Platform Operations, and an embedded AI-driven QA Console.

We're hiring a senior developer to take ongoing ownership of the application: maintaining code quality, hardening security around multi-tenant data isolation, extending features, and managing releases.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day technical health of the platform: bug fixes, performance, and uptime.

Maintain and extend multi-tenant architecture — agency/sub-account hierarchies, roles and permissions, and strict data isolation between tenants.

Build and maintain billing/finance features (subscriptions, invoices, expenses) with a payment provider such as Stripe.

Integrate and maintain AI/LLM-powered features (streaming responses, AI composer components) within the QA Console and other modules.

Manage the Supabase backend: database schema, Row-Level Security policies, Auth, and Edge Functions.

Work efficiently inside an AI-assisted development workflow — review, refactor, and harden AI-generated output for production.

Manage deployments, environments (test/production), and domain/infrastructure configuration.

Write and maintain tests; support the existing QA process.

Communicate clearly on progress, risks, and technical tradeoffs.

Must-Have Requirements

4+ years professional full-stack development experience.

Strong React + TypeScript skills; comfortable reading and refactoring AI-generated codebases.

Hands-on experience with Supabase (or equivalent Postgres + Auth + RLS backend).

Experience building or maintaining multi-tenant SaaS applications, including data isolation and role-based access control.

Experience integrating payment/billing systems (Stripe or similar) — subscriptions, invoicing, webhooks.

Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), including streaming responses.

Practical experience with AI coding tools (Lovable, Cursor, or comparable) — comfort reviewing and hardening AI-generated output is essential.

Basic DevOps competency: deployments, environment management, custom domains.

Proven experience diagnosing and optimizing slow database queries — indexing, query plan analysis, schema tuning — along with hands-on experience designing caching layers (Redis or equivalent) in production systems at scale.

Nice-to-Have

Prior experience specifically with Lovable-built applications.

Experience with agency/reseller or white-label SaaS business models.

UI/UX sensibility — comfortable polishing design, not just backend logic.
