About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack PHP Developer with exceptional frontend development expertise and strong backend experience in Laravel. This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about building beautiful, fast, responsive, and conversion-focused web applications while also developing scalable backend systems.

You will play a key role in the development and optimization of our high-traffic lead generation websites, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams in the US and India. Beyond writing great code, you will help shape the user experience, improve website performance, implement analytics and marketing technologies, and build features that directly impact customer acquisition and revenue.

This is not a role for someone who simply develops backend functionality. We are looking for a developer who understands that every page, every interaction, and every millisecond of performance can influence user engagement and conversion.

What You Will Do:Frontend Development (Primary Focus)

• Build modern, responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, production-ready code.
• Develop reusable frontend components and maintain a consistent design system.
• Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Create engaging user experiences with smooth interactions and animations.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Marketing teams to improve usability and conversion rates.

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party platforms and services.
• Design and optimize MySQL databases, queries, and application performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Marketing Technology & Analytics

• Implement and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and event tracking.
• Integrate marketing and customer engagement platforms such as Braze.
• Support Google Search Console implementation and technical SEO initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reporting integrations using Looker Studio and other reporting tools.
• Implement conversion tracking for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other marketing platforms.
• Work closely with Marketing teams to improve attribution, campaign tracking, personalization, and user engagement.
• Understand how frontend implementations impact SEO, analytics, website performance, and conversion optimization.

Collaboration

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.
• Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in both the US and India.
• Communicate directly with US-based clients and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience developing web applications.
• Expert-level experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong experience developing responsive, mobile-first websites.
• Excellent understanding of frontend architecture and browser rendering.
• Strong experience optimizing website performance and Core Web Vitals.
• Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and semantic HTML.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL database design, optimization, and complex SQL queries.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external platforms.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using Git and Bitbucket.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
