Senior Frontend Engineer React, Three.js & Interactive 3D Applications

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing technology team and help build high-performance interactive 3D web applications. You will work at the intersection of modern frontend development and real-time 3D visualization, building scalable applications that combine exceptional user experience with advanced graphics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, building reusable architectures, and creating visually rich interactive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Three.js. Design and implement reusable architecture for interactive 3D applications. Develop intuitive user interactions, camera systems, animations, and application logic. Integrate UI components with real-time 3D scenes. Load, manage, and optimize complex 3D assets for high-performance rendering. Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, 3D Artists, and Technical Artists. Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services. Optimize rendering performance, loading times, and memory usage across desktop and mobile platforms. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in technical architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices. Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks, libraries, and internal tools.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. 4+ years of professional experience with React. Hands-on experience with Three.js. Good understanding of React Three Fiber (R3F). Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows. Experience consuming REST APIs. Good understanding of responsive and cross-browser web development. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Experience optimizing application performance. Preferred Skills

Experience with WebGL fundamentals. Understanding of GLSL shaders. Experience working with glTF/GLB assets. Experience with asset loading and optimization techniques. Familiarity with Electron or Tauri for desktop applications. Knowledge of state management libraries (Zustand, Redux, etc.). Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP. Exposure to cloud deployment and CI/CD workflows. Compensation: 55,000.00 - 70,000.00 per month
